We moved in the last week of October, 2002. Five bedrooms, two baths, and two kitchens for only $125k. It was so cheap because it is located on a noisy street in a so-so part of town and because the sellers were "motivated" (relocating in a hurry). My trusty old Minolta SLR camera finally died, so I took these pictures with an old, cheap, idiot-safe camera we have, which is why they are not that pretty. It didn't have a delay or tripod connector either, which is why there is no picture with all of us together.

We are currently working on landscaping. Pictured below are two giant piles, one of fertilizer and one of wood chips.
